Revision Policy

We offer comprehensive revisions tailored to your chosen package:

Package-Based Revisions:

  • Basic: Receive up to 5 free revisions focused on minor edits and adjustments.
  • Standard: Benefit from 10 free revisions, including adjustments to layout, colors, and fonts.
  • Premium: Enjoy unlimited free revisions for comprehensive design modifications, as long as the overall concept remains unchanged.

General Revision Guidelines:

  • All revisions are subject to a 48-hour turnaround time.
  • To ensure efficient implementation, please submit clear and concise revision requests.
  • We encourage constructive feedback to refine your design to your vision.

Fair Usage Policy

While we offer unlimited revisions on the Premium package, we implement a fair usage policy. This means we encourage clients to maximize their design opportunities within a reasonable limit. For projects exceeding 30 revisions, additional charges may apply.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

At Vista Brand Makers, we prioritize client satisfaction. Our refund and cancellation policies prioritize transparency and fairness:

Refund Eligibility

  • You are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order.
  • If you cancel after 48 hours but before the design process begins, a 75% refund will be issued.
  • Once the design process starts, refunds are no longer available.

Exceptions

  • In the event Vista Brand Makers cancels or terminates your contract for reasons other than breach or non-performance, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the project is deemed incomplete due to client-provided insufficient information or revisions exceeding fair usage limits, refunds may be prorated based on the completed work.

Comprehensive Refund Policy

Vista Brand Makers prioritizes customer satisfaction and offers a transparent refund policy to ensure fairness and security for both clients and the company.

Refund Eligibility and Timeframes

  • Full Refund (less 10% processing fee): Within 24 hours of order placement, provided no initial designs have been delivered or revisions requested. This excludes refunds for change of mind.
  • Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee): Before delivery of initial designs.
  • 66% Refund (less 10% service & processing fee): Within 48 hours of initial design delivery.
  • 33% Refund (less 10% service & processing fee): Between 48-120 hours of initial design delivery.
  • No Refund: After 120 hours of initial design delivery. However, for concerns, you can still contact us.
  • No Refund: If no action is taken on the order for 30 days after placement. Reactivation will incur a fee.
  • No Refund: After delivery of final files.
  • Website Packages: No refund after development or website launch.
  • Video Animation Packages: No refund after storyboard design.

Communication and Approval Process

  • All refund requests must be communicated to the support department.
  • Vista Brand Makers reserves the right to approve/disapprove individual requests based on their user agreement.
  • Custom packages follow the same refund policy as single packages.
  • Example: If you approve a logo design but want a refund for the website service, you can only do so during the initial design phase.

Valid Reasons and Guaranteed Satisfaction

  • Refund requests require a valid reason against the design brief and customer feedback.
  • Unless a concept significantly deviates from the brief, revisions will be provided until satisfaction.
  • Money-back guarantee applies to orders placed in good faith. Ordering from multiple agencies for refunds is not considered good faith and can lead to denial.
  • Customer feedback is crucial for design finalization.

Unique Design Guarantee

  • If a designed logo is found considerably similar to another existing logo, it is considered a coincidence.
  • Vista Brand Makers will not accept any responsibility or claims for compensation in such cases.
  • Copyrighting artwork is the client’s responsibility.

How to Request a Refund

To ensure approval of your refund request, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:

We’ll make every effort to address your concerns promptly under our revision policy. If we cannot resolve the issue, we’ll send you an approval for your refund from our refund department via email. Once refunded, Vista Brand Makers will obtain the design rights, and you won’t have permission to display any version of the design sent by the company. It’s important to note:

  • As the design rights transfer to the company, you agree that you’ll have no direct or indirect rights to use any response, content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership claim to them.
  • Vista Brand Makers will work with Government Copyright Agencies to share Copyright Acquisition information for refunded designs, restricting their reuse as original designs in the future. My Account

The My Account section provides a convenient way to communicate. Checking this area regularly is your responsibility to address queries, concerns, or provide additional instructions to the designer. Failure to check or use the Account Area frequently won’t be sufficient grounds for a refund. If you’re unsure how to use this area, our customer support team is available for assistance at any time.

Reactivation Policy

If a client remains non-responsive for 45 days without prior communication regarding personal issues, their project cannot be resumed or refunded. However, clients can reactivate their projects by paying a $150 reactivation fee after the 45-day period.

Third-Party Terms of Use

Some of our services may utilize features provided by third-party vendors and business partners. These features may include software, information, or other services. Certain vendors and partners require users to agree to their additional terms and conditions to utilize these features. A list of such terms is provided below. By using these features, you agree to be bound by these additional terms. These third-party terms are subject to change at the discretion of the respective vendor or partner.

Delivery Policy

Design order files are delivered to your Account Area according to the specified date in the Order Confirmation Email. Additionally, a notification email is sent to alert clients about their design order’s delivery to their designated account area. All revision and refund policies are contingent upon the date and time of the design order being delivered to the client’s account area. Upon placing an order, we provide a reference number for the design order, allowing customers to track the order’s status and make revisions using this reference number. Customized design orders are delivered via email within 2 to 3 days from the order placement. We also offer a RUSH DELIVERY service enabling customers to receive initial logo samples within 24 hours by paying an extra $100! By using our services, you acknowledge that Vista Brand Makers holds no responsibility for correspondence from email addresses outside our domain, specifically those not ending with connect@vistabrandmakers.com,” or any toll-free number not mentioned on our website. Vista Brand Makers cannot be held accountable for any damages resulting from such correspondence. We exclusively take responsibility for communications through email addresses under our domain name or via toll-free numbers mentioned on the Vista Brand Makers website.
